ELENA THRU THE YEARS

I want to talk a little bit about Elena’s past and how she came to be the fabulous person she is today.

Elena, daughter of Alice and Paul, was born on March 25^th, 1988 (also known as..“the GREATEST day in the world”). She is an Aries. Aries are said to be leaders and pioneers…they enjoy a challenge and are happiest when their lives are moving forward and active. There's a childlike quality to all Aries people, and it's often quite charming. Some famous people who are Aries are Alec Baldwin, Mariah Carey, Jackie Chan, and Russell Crowe…she’s in good company.

Did you know that Elena is related to David Schwimmer?...isn’t David so lucky!!

In high school Elena worked at Rhors Coffee Shop in Closter. Coffee has never tasted so good. She knew how to concoct the most heavenly cups of coffee I have ever tasted. Rumor has it; she had some sort of secret recipe she would sprinkle in every cup when no one was looking…I think it was a touch of love. Rhors thrived when Elena was around, but unfortunately once she went to college, it couldn’t survive without her and shut down…downtown Closter hasn’t been the same since.

In high school Elena was part of a super exclusive group known as “The Core.” I secretly always wished I could be part of it. However Elena and I were totes gym buddies…I felt pretty lucky.

Elena would have the most awesome high school parties! They were very exclusive and only the most fabulous people would get invited. The first time I received an invitation to Elena’s party I was thrilled, it was such an honor. I planned my outfit 3 weeks in advance. Her luau themed party was my favorite. She wore a Hawaiian shirt…only Elena can make Hawaiian shirts look so damn stylish.

Once Elena caught me making out in her basement at one of her parties. I was so embarrassed…but she was totally cool about it. Elena is so cool about everything.

Now a little bit about the present: Last night Elena and I went to dinner. I think someone else was there, but I can’t remember. I was a half hour late!…I’m so ashamed...I can’t believe I kept Elena waiting…It won’t happen again. At dinner she gave me some great advice…I’m going to follow her every word.

We got marghs with our dinner. Whenever I drink with Elena I’m always scared I'm going to accidentally spill my deep feelings for her. I don’t want to seem desperate. It’s so hard holding my feelings back...
