Alone

Last night at dinner, I was alone with Elena for 30 minutes. It was bliss. She even let me take a sip of her drink. I used her straw and everything!!

Then Loren came :(

We finally ordered food, and all three of us got the Quesadilla Grande. For a second before we ordered, I thought Elena would go for a chicken wrap or burrito, so I made sure I was ready to change my request at the last second. Elena threw me a curve ball when she asked for no sour cream. I had already asked for sour cream. I was devastated.

I noticed Elena was wearing a heart and an E necklace layered on her neck. Can I justify getting an E necklace?

At the end of the night, Elena gave me a piece of cake she had saved from a work party. IMAGINE!! She was walking around with a plastic container just waiting to give me a piece of Magnolia cake. She truly cares. What a kind soul.

Two minutes after I left her glorious presence (it felt like HOURS, DAYS, YEARS!!!), Elena sent me a picture of herself with a dog. I wanted to post it here, but I got cold feet. I was surprised Elena was holding a dog, because she used to not like them. Elena is constantly surprising me.
